Uses Cold Brew Concentrate (Plain, No Protein) — make a batch ahead of time; it keeps in the fridge for a week or two, so you won't need to make it again for every drink.
Ingredients & steps
Sugar-FreeIngredients
- 4oz Cold Brew Concentrate (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 tbsp Sugar-Free Toasted Marshmallow Syrup (make a batch ahead of time -- it keeps about 2 weeks in the fridge)
- 2oz cold heavy cream (36%+ milkfat)
- 2oz cold whole milk (or milk alternative)
- Ice (enough to fill a 16oz glass)
Steps
- 1.Make a batch of Sugar-Free Toasted Marshmallow Syrup ahead of time if you haven't already -- it's a once-every-couple-weeks step, not a per-drink one.
- 2.Fill a 16oz glass with ice.
- 3.Pour 4oz cold brew concentrate over the ice, then stir in 2 tbsp of the syrup until dissolved.
- 4.In a separate small cup or jar, whisk together 2oz cold heavy cream and 2oz cold whole milk -- this is the light sweet cream blend. It should look just barely thickened, not whipped.
- 5.Pour the cream blend over the top and stir it all the way through, 2-3 stirs. Serve immediately with a straw.

Not medical or nutrition advice. Calorie figures on this page are estimates based on typical ingredient values, not a lab analysis of your exact batch — they'll shift with the brand of milk, syrup, or protein powder you actually use. "Ingredient-Honest" and "sugar-free" describe what's in the recipe, not a health claim. If you're managing diabetes, a caffeine sensitivity, pregnancy, or another condition, check with a doctor or dietitian before making a recipe part of your routine. Read the full disclaimer.
This is the sugar-free build of our Toasted Marshmallow Cream Cold Brew — allulose-sweetened marshmallows, broiled the same way as the Standard syrup, mixed into cold brew with a light poured cream.
An Honest Note on the Calories Here
This is the one flavor in this whole 12-recipe family where “sugar-free” doesn’t mean “near-zero calorie.” Our other Sugar-Free syrups (Vanilla, Mocha, Caramel) land between 1 and 9 calories per serving, because they’re just water, a zero-calorie sweetener, and an extract. Real marshmallow — sugar-free or not — is a whipped structure of gelatin and bulking carbohydrates that carries its own calories regardless of the sweetener, so this syrup runs 26 calories per serving. Still a real cut from the Standard syrup’s 51, just not the same order of magnitude as this family’s other sugar-free flavors.
Building the Drink
- Fill a 16oz glass with ice and pour 4oz Cold Brew Concentrate over it, then stir in 2 tbsp of the sugar-free toasted marshmallow syrup until dissolved.
- Separately, whisk 2oz cold heavy cream with 2oz cold whole milk until just loosely combined.
- Pour the cream blend over the top and stir it all the way through. Serve immediately.
Savings per drink: about $2.69, and 254 fewer calories (49% less) than Chick-fil-A’s own published nutrition figures (520 cal per chick-fil-a.com; price is representative, per multiple 2026 menu-price trackers).
Assumptions: sugar-free marshmallows at specialty pricing, standard grocery heavy whipping cream (~$4.29/pint), and Kirkland Signature Organic A2 Whole Milk.
Swaps & Notes
- Want the lowest-calorie version of this flavor possible? Use a lower-fat milk (2% or unsweetened almond) in place of the whole milk portion of the cream blend — the heavy cream is the bigger calorie driver of the two, so this mainly trims the smaller half.
- Prefer the real thing? See the Standard tier. Prefer a build with no marshmallow at all? See the Ingredient-Honest tier.

FAQ
Is this actually low-calorie, or just lower than the Standard version?
Lower, genuinely — but not near-zero the way this site’s other sugar-free syrups are. See the honest note above on why real marshmallow doesn’t get there.
Do I need to make a fresh batch of syrup for every drink?
No — the syrup batch keeps about 2 weeks and covers roughly 8 drinks.
Can I make this even lighter?
Yes — swap the whole milk portion of the cream blend for a lower-calorie milk. The heavy cream itself is fixed (it’s what gives the drink its body), but the milk half of the blend is an easy place to cut further.
