Uses Cold Brew Concentrate (Plain, No Protein) — make a batch ahead of time; it keeps in the fridge for a week or two, so you won't need to make it again for every drink.
Ingredients & steps
Sugar-FreeIngredients
- 4oz Cold Brew Concentrate (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 tbsp Sugar-Free Caramel Syrup (make a batch ahead of time -- it keeps about 2 weeks in the fridge)
- 2oz cold heavy cream (36%+ milkfat)
- 2oz cold whole milk (or milk alternative)
- Ice (enough to fill a 16oz glass)
Steps
- 1.Make a batch of Sugar-Free Caramel Syrup ahead of time if you haven't already -- it's a once-every-couple-weeks step, not a per-drink one.
- 2.Fill a 16oz glass with ice.
- 3.Pour 4oz cold brew concentrate over the ice, then stir in 2 tbsp of the syrup until dissolved.
- 4.In a separate small cup or jar, whisk together 2oz cold heavy cream and 2oz cold whole milk -- this is the light sweet cream blend. It should look just barely thickened, not whipped.
- 5.Pour the cream blend over the top and stir it all the way through, 2-3 stirs. Serve immediately with a straw.

Calorie figures on this page are estimates based on typical ingredient values, not a lab analysis of your exact batch — they'll shift with the brand of milk, syrup, or protein powder you actually use. This is the sugar-free build of our Caramel Cream Cold Brew — the same real dry-caramel technique as the Standard syrup, with allulose standing in for cane sugar since it’s the one sugar-free sweetener that actually browns and caramelizes like the real thing.
Building the Drink
- Fill a 16oz glass with ice and pour 4oz Cold Brew Concentrate over it, then stir in 2 tbsp of the sugar-free caramel syrup until dissolved.
- Separately, whisk 2oz cold heavy cream with 2oz cold whole milk until just loosely combined.
- Pour the cream blend over the top and stir it all the way through. Serve immediately.
Savings per drink: about $2.87, and 279 fewer calories (54% less) than Chick-fil-A’s own published nutrition figures (520 cal per chick-fil-a.com; price is representative, per multiple 2026 menu-price trackers) — the largest single-drink calorie cut in this entire 12-recipe family.
Assumptions: allulose at typical grocery pricing, standard grocery heavy whipping cream (~$4.29/pint), and Kirkland Signature Organic A2 Whole Milk. At 5 of these a week over the site’s standard 48-week year (240 drinks), that’s roughly $689/year saved.
Swaps & Notes
- Why allulose and not monk fruit or erythritol? Same reason as our Sugar-Free Caramel Syrup on its own — allulose is the sugar-free sweetener that most closely mimics real sugar’s browning behavior, which matters for a dry-caramel method.
- Nearly all of this drink’s remaining calories are the cream blend. Swap the milk half for unsweetened almond milk if you want to cut further.
- Prefer the real thing? See the Standard tier. Prefer real maple over a sugar-free sweetener? See the Ingredient-Honest tier.

FAQ
Why is this one of the biggest calorie cuts in the whole family?
Caramel syrup, even the Standard version, is mostly sugar and water with no dominant flavor extract or nut cost driving it — so swapping in a zero-calorie sweetener removes almost all of its calories, more cleanly than a cocoa- or marshmallow-based flavor can.
Do I need to make a fresh batch of syrup for every drink?
No — the syrup batch keeps about 2 weeks and covers roughly 12 drinks.
Can I use monk fruit or erythritol instead of allulose here?
Not for the syrup’s caramelizing method — they don’t brown the same way and are more likely to seize. See the Sugar-Free Caramel Syrup recipe for why allulose specifically is used.
