How we calculate this
It's the same math you'd do on the back of a napkin, just live: weekly café spend minus weekly home-brewing cost gives you weekly savings. Multiply by 52 for a year. If you're buying gear, we divide its one-time cost by your weekly savings to show how many weeks until it's paid for itself.
