Make Both Bases First (Just Once)

This recipe assumes you already have a jar each of Sugar-Free White Mocha Sauce and Sugar-Free Cranberry Orange Sauce in the fridge. Both keep about a week — fresh dairy/fruit sauces don’t hold up as long as a sugar syrup.

    Building the Drink

    1. Pull a double shot of espresso (about 2oz) into your cup, or brew a strong coffee/moka pot equivalent.
    2. Stir in 1 tbsp of the sugar-free white mocha sauce and 1 tbsp of the sugar-free cranberry orange sauce while the espresso is hot.
    3. Steam or froth 8oz of milk (dairy or an unsweetened alternative) to about 150°F and pour over the espresso mixture.
    4. Top with sugar-free whipped cream and a few dried cranberry pieces if you want the full café look.
Cost and Sugar, Home vs. Café
Home sugar-free cranberry orange white mocha~$1.38
Café grande cranberry orange white mocha (regular, holiday-menu pricing)$7.00
    Savings per drink$5.62

Both bases together cost about $13.44 total to make (~$6.00 for the Sugar-Free White Mocha Sauce batch, ~$7.44 for the Sugar-Free Cranberry Orange Sauce batch — the real-fruit sauce is the pricier half), and each batch covers about 12 drinks.

Assumptions: grande-size drink, holiday/seasonal specialty-menu café pricing, monk fruit/allulose sweetener at typical grocery/bulk pricing, fresh or dried cranberries at typical grocery pricing. The $7.00 café baseline is the average of two real, dated receipts (9/29/2026) from two different store locations — $6.90 and $7.10 — for a grande hot seasonal specialty drink, not a modeled national average.

    Recipe Card Summary

    Sugar-Free Cranberry Orange White Mocha

    FAQ

Is this really sugar-free if it has real cranberries in it?

Real fruit still carries natural sugar, so this isn’t a zero-sugar drink — but it removes the added cane sugar from both bases, swapping in monk fruit/allulose instead. See the sugarNote above for the honest breakdown.

Do I need to make the sauces every time I want this drink?

No — each base is its own recipe. Both keep about a week in the fridge and cover about 12 drinks, so this page is just the 5-minute assembly step.

Can I mix a Standard base with a Sugar-Free base?

You can, if you only have one of the two made — it’ll shift the sugar and cost math toward whichever base is Standard, but the drink still works.
