This recipe assumes you already have a jar each of Sugar-Free White Mocha Sauce and Sugar-Free Lavender Syrup in the fridge. The white mocha sauce keeps about a week; the lavender syrup keeps a full 2 weeks.

    FAQ

Do I need to make the sauce and syrup every time I want this drink?

No — each base is its own recipe. One batch of each keeps 1-2 weeks in the fridge and covers about 12 drinks, so this page is just the 5-minute assembly step.

Is the lavender flavor still noticeable without the sugar?

Yes — the floral flavor comes from steeping real culinary lavender buds, not from the sweetener, so swapping to monk fruit/allulose doesn’t dull it. If anything, the lower sweetness lets the floral note come through a bit more clearly.

Can I mix a Standard base with a Sugar-Free base?

You can, if you only have one of the two made — it’ll shift the sugar and cost math toward whichever base is Standard, but the drink still works. We’d recommend keeping both bases the same tier for the cleanest comparison.
