Same pistachio-and-white-chocolate pairing as our Standard Pistachio White Mocha, rebuilt from our Sugar-Free White Mocha Sauce and Sugar-Free Pistachio Syrup instead. Once both bases are made, assembly is the same 2-minute stir-and-pour.
Make Both Bases First (Just Once)
This recipe assumes you already have a jar each of Sugar-Free White Mocha Sauce and Sugar-Free Pistachio Syrup in the fridge. The white mocha sauce keeps about a week (it’s a fresh-cream sauce); the pistachio syrup keeps a full 2 weeks.
Building the Drink
- Pull a double shot of espresso (about 2oz) into your cup, or brew a strong coffee/moka pot equivalent.
- Stir in 1 tbsp of the sugar-free white mocha sauce and 1 tbsp of the sugar-free pistachio syrup while the espresso is hot.
- Steam or froth 8oz of milk (dairy or an unsweetened alternative) to about 150°F and pour over the espresso mixture.
- Top with sugar-free whipped cream and chopped pistachios if you want the full café look.
Both bases together cost about $9.60 total to make (~$6.00 for the Sugar-Free White Mocha Sauce batch, ~$3.60 for the Sugar-Free Pistachio Syrup batch — monk fruit/allulose sweeteners run pricier than cane sugar), and each batch covers about 12 drinks.
Assumptions: grande-size drink, seasonal specialty-menu café pricing, monk fruit/allulose sweetener at typical grocery/bulk pricing. Your numbers shift a little with which sweetener brand you use — the gap doesn’t change.

FAQ
Do I need to make the sauce and syrup every time I want this drink?
No — each base is its own recipe. One batch of each keeps 1-2 weeks in the fridge and covers about 12 drinks, so this page is just the 5-minute assembly step.
How much sugar does this actually save me?
A café pistachio white mocha carries the sugar load of both a white chocolate sauce and a flavored syrup — often 35-45g in a grande. This version has close to zero from either base, depending on which sweetener you use.
Can I mix a Standard base with a Sugar-Free base?
You can, if you only have one of the two made — it’ll shift the sugar and cost math toward whichever base is Standard, but the drink still works. We’d recommend keeping both bases the same tier for the cleanest comparison.
