Uses Cold Brew Concentrate (Plain, No Protein) — make a batch ahead of time; it keeps in the fridge for a week or two, so you won't need to make it again for every drink.

    Ingredients & steps

    Ingredient-Honest

    Ingredients

    • 4oz Cold Brew Concentrate (homemade or store-bought)
    • 2 tbsp Maple Caramel Syrup (make a batch ahead of time -- it keeps about 2 weeks in the fridge)
    • 2oz cold heavy cream (look for one whose only ingredient is cream -- many major brands add carrageenan)
    • 2oz cold whole milk (or full-fat oat milk)
    • Ice (enough to fill a 16oz glass)

    Steps

    1. 1.Make a batch of Maple Caramel Syrup ahead of time if you haven't already -- it keeps about 2 weeks in the fridge.
    2. 2.Fill a 16oz glass with ice.
    3. 3.Pour 4oz cold brew concentrate over the ice, then stir in 2 tbsp of the maple caramel syrup until dissolved.
    4. 4.In a separate small cup or jar, whisk together 2oz cold heavy cream and 2oz cold whole milk (or full-fat oat milk).
    5. 5.Pour the cream blend over the top and stir it all the way through, 2-3 stirs. Serve immediately with a straw.

Milk options — the Ingredient-Honest read

We hold every milk option to the same bar as the rest of this recipe — here's exactly where each one stands, not just the ones that pass.

    • ConditionalWhole dairy milk (regular, non-organic) — needs to be organic and rBST-free to fully qualify -- this recipe's own default, Kirkland Organic A2, already is

Calorie figures on this page are estimates based on typical ingredient values, not a lab analysis of your exact batch — they'll shift with the brand of milk, syrup, or protein powder you actually use. This is the Ingredient-Honest build of our Caramel Cream Cold Brew — real maple syrup, reduced on the stovetop, in place of the browned cane sugar the Standard version uses. Same syrup, same honest caveat, as our Ingredient-Honest Caramel Latte.

The Same Honest Caveat as the Latte Version

Caramel is sugar by definition, so unlike Vanilla or Mocha, swapping cane sugar for maple here doesn’t meaningfully change the nutrition profile — it’s still concentrated sweetener, just from a different source. This version runs higher in calories than the Standard tier (333 vs. 305), not lower, because real maple syrup with only a small thinning splash of water is more calorically concentrated than the Standard syrup’s water-diluted browned sugar. If lower sugar is the actual goal, see the Sugar-Free tier instead.

    Building the Drink

    1. Fill a 16oz glass with ice and pour 4oz Cold Brew Concentrate over it, then stir in 2 tbsp maple caramel syrup until dissolved.
    2. Separately, whisk 2oz cold heavy cream (carrageenan-free) with 2oz cold whole milk or full-fat oat milk.
    3. Pour the cream blend over the top and stir it through. Serve immediately.
Chick-fil-A Caramel Cream Cold Brew vs. This Version, Honestly Compared
    Chick-fil-A Caramel Cream Cold Brew (medium)~$4.25 / 520 cal
    Home Ingredient-Honest Caramel Cream Cold Brew~$1.90 / 333 cal

Savings per drink: about $2.35, and 187 fewer calories (36% less) than Chick-fil-A’s own published nutrition figures (520 cal per chick-fil-a.com; price is representative, per multiple 2026 menu-price trackers). Still the smallest calorie cut of this family’s four Ingredient-Honest flavors, for the same reason our Ingredient-Honest Caramel Latte is the smallest upgrade of its three-flavor family.

Assumptions: real maple syrup at typical grocery pricing, a carrageenan-free heavy cream, and Kirkland Signature Organic A2 Whole Milk.

Swapping the Milk? Here’s the Honest Read on Each Option

Milk swap-ins here get graded against the same bar as everything else on this site, and that verdict doesn’t change by flavor — a clean almond milk is clean whether it’s going into this caramel cream cold brew or any other recipe. Rather than reprint the full rundown on every page, we keep the actual brand-by-brand findings in one place: see the Ingredient-Honest Registry for exactly which oat, soy, almond, rice, and dairy picks Pass, Fail, or carry a condition — including the specific reason each failing brand doesn’t make the cut. Short version for this recipe: stick with Kirkland Signature Organic A2 Whole Milk above, or swap in one of the registry’s Pass picks instead.
