This is a real, officially-released product pairing, not an invented one: Diageo’s Baileys brand released an actual Pumpkin Spice Irish Cream liqueur in 2016 (described on its own packaging as cinnamon, baking spices, maple, brown sugar, and baked pie crust), which won a Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and sold out its first US run in three months. Baileys’ own serving suggestion is a latte — 2oz Baileys Pumpkin Spice, 1.5oz brewed coffee, 1oz milk, with fresh grated cinnamon on top. This recipe builds that same flavor pairing non-alcoholic, from the two syrups this site already has.
Two Real Bases, Non-Alcoholic by Design
This site’s Irish Cream Syrup is already built from non-alcoholic Irish cream flavoring (condensed milk, cocoa, vanilla, and the flavoring extract — no actual liqueur), matching the same house approach every Irish Cream recipe here already uses. Combined with the existing Pumpkin Spice Syrup, 1 tbsp each, this reaches the same flavor Baileys’ real product does without the alcohol — no new syrup needed.
Building the Latte
- Pull a double shot of espresso (about 2oz) directly into your cup, or brew a strong coffee/moka pot equivalent.
- Stir in 1 tbsp Irish Cream Syrup and 1 tbsp Pumpkin Spice Syrup while the espresso is still hot.
- Steam or froth 8oz of milk to about 150°F and pour it over the espresso mixture.
- Finish with fresh grated cinnamon on top, matching Baileys’ own garnish.
Assumptions: grande-size flavored latte, chain pricing, dairy milk, $16/lb specialty beans or equivalent grocery beans. This doesn’t include the cost of an actual bottle of liqueur, since this recipe is built non-alcoholic. At 5 drinks a week over the site’s standard 48-week year, that’s roughly $1,303/year back in your pocket.
Swaps & Notes
- No espresso machine? A moka pot or strong AeroPress shot works fine.
- Want the real alcoholic version? Stir 1-2oz of actual Baileys Pumpkin Spice (when in season) into hot coffee and milk instead — this recipe is written for the syrup-based, always-available, non-alcoholic version.
- Want it more Irish-cream-forward or more pumpkin-forward? Shift the ratio to 1.5 tbsp of one and 0.5 tbsp of the other.
- Watching sugar? Swap in Sugar-Free Irish Cream Syrup and/or Sugar-Free Pumpkin Spice Syrup 1:1.

FAQ
Is Baileys Pumpkin Spice a real product?
Yes — Diageo released it in 2016 as a limited-edition seasonal Irish cream, and it’s been brought back in following years as a fall release. This recipe doesn’t depend on finding a bottle, since it’s built non-alcoholic from syrups.
Does this recipe contain alcohol?
No — it uses this site’s existing non-alcoholic Irish Cream Syrup (built from condensed milk, cocoa, vanilla, and a non-alcoholic Irish cream flavoring extract), the same base every Irish Cream recipe on this site uses.
How is this different from your other Irish Cream lattes?
The Irish Cream Latte and Irish Cream Mocha Latte don’t have pumpkin spice; this is the first Irish Cream cross built specifically around it.
