Kinder Bueno Latte
Uses White Mocha Sauce — make a batch ahead of time; it keeps in the fridge for a week or two, so you won't need to make it again for every drink.
Ingredients & steps
StandardWritten hot. Switch to see the iced version's ingredients and steps.
Ingredients
- 2oz espresso (or 1/3 cup strong coffee/moka pot equivalent)
- 8oz milk, steamed or frothed
- 1 tbsp White Mocha Sauce (make a batch ahead of time -- it's a fresh-cream sauce, so it only keeps about 1 week)
- 1 tbsp Hazelnut Syrup (make a batch ahead of time -- it keeps about 2 weeks in the fridge)
- Optional: whipped cream and a drizzle of melted hazelnut-chocolate spread for topping
Steps
- 1.Make a batch each of White Mocha Sauce and Hazelnut Syrup ahead of time if you haven't already -- the white mocha sauce keeps about a week, the hazelnut syrup a full 2 weeks.
- 2.Pull a double shot of espresso (or brew strong coffee) directly into your serving cup.
- 3.Stir in 1 tbsp of the white mocha sauce and 1 tbsp of the hazelnut syrup while the espresso is still hot, until both are fully combined.
- 4.Steam or froth 8oz of milk to about 150°F and pour over the espresso mixture.
- 5.Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of melted hazelnut-chocolate spread if using. Serve immediately.

This is a copycat of the TikTok-origin latte built to taste like the Kinder Bueno candy bar — white chocolate and hazelnut, the same two flavors the real candy bar pairs, carried here by two bases this site already has: our White Mocha Sauce and Hazelnut Syrup, split evenly instead of either one doubled up.
Make Both Bases First
This recipe assumes you already have a jar each of White Mocha Sauce and Hazelnut Syrup in the fridge. They don’t keep the same length of time: the white mocha sauce is a fresh-cream sauce that only lasts about a week, while the hazelnut syrup keeps a full 2 weeks.
Building the Latte
- Pull a double shot of espresso (about 2oz) directly into your cup, or brew a strong coffee/moka pot equivalent.
- Stir in 1 tbsp White Mocha Sauce and 1 tbsp Hazelnut Syrup while the espresso is still hot — same 2 tbsp of total flavoring as any single-flavor latte on this site, split between the two jars.
- Steam or froth 8oz of milk to about 150°F and pour it over the espresso mixture.
- Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of melted hazelnut-chocolate spread if you want the full candy-bar look.
Assumptions: grande-size drink, dairy milk, $16/lb specialty beans or equivalent grocery beans, a specialty-café price reflecting this trend’s current premium positioning (most major chains haven’t launched a standing version as of this writing, same honest framing this site uses for its Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Latte).
Swaps & Notes
- Most often ordered iced, per the original TikTok trend — use the Hot/Iced toggle above the ingredients if that’s how you want it; the hot build is included too since this site’s other combo lattes (Pistachio White Mocha, Dubai Chocolate Pistachio) both default to hot for consistency.
- Want it more chocolate-forward or more nutty? Shift the ratio — 1.5 tbsp white mocha + 0.5 tbsp hazelnut leans sweeter/creamier, or the reverse leans nuttier.
- Only have one of the two bases made? Make the plain White Mocha or Hazelnut Latte instead rather than doubling up on whichever jar you have.
- Watching sugar? This one’s Standard-tier only right now — a Sugar-Free or Ingredient-Honest version may follow later.

FAQ
Is this a real drink, or did you make up the combination?
The flavor pairing is real — white chocolate and hazelnut are the actual Kinder Bueno candy bar’s two components, and this specific latte combination went viral on TikTok as a copycat build, which is what we’re recreating here with real bases rather than a bottled “Kinder Bueno” flavor syrup.
Do I need to make a whole new syrup for this?
No — it uses 1 tbsp each of the White Mocha Sauce and Hazelnut Syrup you’d make for our plain White Mocha and Hazelnut Latte recipes.
Why does the white mocha sauce only keep a week?
It’s a fresh-cream sauce rather than a shelf-stable sugar syrup — same reasoning as our Pistachio White Mocha.
