This is a real, commercially-sold pairing, not an invented one: Torani sells an official “Pumpkin Cookie Butter Latte,” built from its own Pumpkin Pie Sauce, Brown Sugar Syrup, and a Biscoff-spread-and-pumpkin cold foam topping. This drink builds the same core flavor from the two syrups this site already has. This is a genuinely different drink from this site’s Marshmallow Pumpkin Latte or Nutty Pumpkin Protein Latte — same pumpkin base, different second flavor.

Two Real Bases, Not a New Fused Syrup

This drink combines two syrups this site already has: 1 tbsp Cookie Butter Syrup and 1 tbsp Pumpkin Spice Syrup, split evenly — the same “two syrups, 1 tbsp each” pattern this site’s other pumpkin crosses already use. No new syrup needed.

    Building the Latte

    1. Pull a double shot of espresso (about 2oz) directly into your cup, or brew a strong coffee/moka pot equivalent.
    2. Stir in 1 tbsp Cookie Butter Syrup and 1 tbsp Pumpkin Spice Syrup while the espresso is still hot.
    3. Steam or froth 8oz of milk to about 150°F and pour it over the espresso mixture.
Torani-Style Chain Latte vs. Home Version
    Chain-size flavored latte (tax included)~$6.50
Home pumpkin cookie butter latte (espresso, milk, both bases)~$0.91
    Savings per drink$5.59

Assumptions: grande-size flavored latte, chain pricing, dairy milk, $16/lb specialty beans or equivalent grocery beans. At 5 drinks a week over the site’s standard 48-week year, that’s roughly $1,342/year back in your pocket.

    FAQ

Is this a real combination, or did you invent it?

Real — Torani sells an official Pumpkin Cookie Butter Latte product built on the same pairing, matched here with this site’s existing syrups.

How is this different from your Marshmallow Pumpkin Latte?

Both start from the same Pumpkin Spice Syrup, but that drink pairs it with Toasted Marshmallow Syrup instead of Cookie Butter — a different second flavor entirely.

Can I use the sugar-free versions of either base?

Yes — swap in Sugar-Free Cookie Butter Syrup and/or Sugar-Free Pumpkin Spice Syrup 1:1; the ratios don’t change.
