Pumpkin Mocha Latte

Calorie figures on this page are estimates based on typical ingredient values, not a lab analysis of your exact batch — they'll shift with the brand of milk, syrup, or protein powder you actually use. "Ingredient-Honest" and "sugar-free" describe what's in the recipe, not a health claim. If you're managing diabetes, a caffeine sensitivity, pregnancy, or another condition, check with a doctor or dietitian before making a recipe part of your routine. Read the full disclaimer.
This is a real, independently-published recipe genre, not a guess: Baker by Nature’s well-reviewed “Mocha Pumpkin Spice Latte,” Will Cook For Smiles’ “Pumpkin White Chocolate Mocha Latte,” and Your Dream Coffee’s “Pumpkin Spice Mocha” all pair chocolate with pumpkin spice the same way this drink does. It’s also a real, surprising combination this site hadn’t made yet — Pumpkin Spice (17 recipes) and Mocha/Chocolate (the single most-used flavor on the whole site, 79 recipes), paired here for the first time.
Two Real Bases, Not a New Fused Syrup
This drink combines two syrups this site already has: 1 tbsp Mocha Sauce and 1 tbsp Pumpkin Spice Syrup, split evenly — the same “two syrups, 1 tbsp each” pattern this site already uses for Marshmallow Pumpkin Latte and Nutty Pumpkin Protein Latte. No new syrup needed.
Building the Latte
- Pull a double shot of espresso (about 2oz) directly into your cup, or brew a strong coffee/moka pot equivalent.
- Stir in 1 tbsp Mocha Sauce and 1 tbsp Pumpkin Spice Syrup while the espresso is still hot.
- Steam or froth 8oz of milk to about 150°F and pour it over the espresso mixture.
Assumptions: grande-size flavored mocha, chain pricing, dairy milk, $16/lb specialty beans or equivalent grocery beans. At 5 drinks a week over the site’s standard 48-week year, that’s roughly $1,339/year back in your pocket versus the chain version.
Swaps & Notes
- No espresso machine? A moka pot or strong AeroPress shot works fine.
- Want it more chocolate-forward or more pumpkin-forward? Shift the ratio to 1.5 tbsp of one and 0.5 tbsp of the other.
- Watching sugar? This is Standard tier only for now.
- Iced version: use the Hot/Iced toggle above the ingredients to switch — less milk (4oz cold over ice instead of 8oz steamed).

FAQ
Is this just a Pumpkin Spice Latte with cocoa dumped in?
No — it’s a real, independently-published recipe genre (Baker by Nature, Will Cook For Smiles, Your Dream Coffee all publish versions), built here from this site’s existing Mocha Sauce and Pumpkin Spice Syrup rather than a new fused syrup.
How is this different from your Copycat Pumpkin Spice Latte?
The Copycat Pumpkin Spice Latte has no chocolate at all. This drink adds real Mocha Sauce alongside the pumpkin spice flavor for a genuinely different, chocolate-forward profile.
Can I use the Ingredient-Honest or sugar-free versions of either base?
Yes — swap in Sugar-Free Mocha Sauce and/or Sugar-Free Pumpkin Spice Syrup 1:1; the ratios don’t change.
