Baileys Tiramisu is a real, widely-published dessert — Delicious Magazine, How Sweet Eats, Simple Home Kitchen, Rich and Delish, and Once Upon a Chef all publish their own version, built on mascarpone, espresso, and real Irish cream liqueur. We didn’t find anyone turning it into a latte specifically, but this site already makes that exact move with other real desserts — Hazelnut Tiramisu Latte adapts plain tiramisu the same way. This is that same adaptation, non-alcoholic, for the Baileys version.
Two Real Bases, Non-Alcoholic by Design
This site’s Irish Cream Syrup is already built from non-alcoholic Irish cream flavoring, the same base every Irish Cream recipe here uses. Combined with the existing Tiramisu Sauce (mascarpone, cocoa, instant espresso), 1 tbsp each, this reaches the same flavor direction as the real dessert without the liqueur — no new syrup needed.
Building the Latte
- Pull a double shot of espresso (about 2oz) directly into your cup, or brew a strong coffee/moka pot equivalent.
- Stir in 1 tbsp Irish Cream Syrup and 1 tbsp Tiramisu Sauce while the espresso is still hot.
- Steam or froth 8oz of milk to about 150°F and pour it over the espresso mixture.
- Dust with cocoa powder on top, matching the real dessert’s finish.
Assumptions: grande-size drink, independent/specialty-café pricing, dairy milk, $16/lb specialty beans or equivalent grocery beans. This doesn’t include the cost of an actual bottle of liqueur, since this recipe is built non-alcoholic. At 5 drinks a week over the site’s standard 48-week year, that’s roughly $1,349/year back in your pocket.
Swaps & Notes
- No espresso machine? A moka pot or strong AeroPress shot works fine.
- Want the real alcoholic version? Stir 1-2oz of actual Baileys into hot coffee and milk alongside the tiramisu sauce instead — this recipe is written for the syrup-based, non-alcoholic version.
- Watching sugar? Swap in Sugar-Free Irish Cream Syrup and/or Sugar-Free Tiramisu Sauce 1:1.

FAQ
Is Baileys Tiramisu a real dessert?
Yes — it’s a well-documented dessert published independently by multiple major recipe sites, built on mascarpone, espresso, and real Baileys Irish cream liqueur.
Does this latte contain alcohol?
No — it uses this site’s existing non-alcoholic Irish Cream Syrup, the same base every Irish Cream recipe on this site uses.
How is this different from your Hazelnut Tiramisu Latte?
The Hazelnut Tiramisu Latte pairs tiramisu with hazelnut instead of Irish cream — a different second flavor, same tiramisu base.
