This is a real, seasonal café pairing: The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf’s coconut caramel latte finishes with a sea-salt toffee topping, and food writers note that toasting coconut gives it a “warm, roasty” quality that genuinely complements toffee’s own toasted-sugar notes — not just a coincidental menu pairing. This version combines this site’s own Buttered Toffee Syrup and Toasted Coconut Syrup.

Two Real Bases, Not a New Fused Syrup

This drink combines two syrups this site already has: 1 tbsp Buttered Toffee Syrup and 1 tbsp Toasted Coconut Syrup, split evenly. No new syrup needed.

    3. Steam or froth 8oz of milk to about 150°F and pour it over the espresso mixture.

    FAQ

Is this just your Toasted Coconut Caramel Latte with a different name?

No — the Toasted Coconut Caramel Latte pairs coconut with plain Caramel Syrup; this drink pairs it with Buttered Toffee Syrup instead, a related but distinct flavor.

Is this a real pairing, or did you invent it?

Real — The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf’s own seasonal coconut-caramel latte finishes with a sea-salt toffee topping specifically because the flavors complement each other.

Can I use the sugar-free versions of either base?

Yes — swap in Sugar-Free Buttered Toffee Syrup and/or Sugar-Free Toasted Coconut Syrup 1:1; the ratios don’t change.
