Calorie figures on this page are estimates based on typical ingredient values, not a lab analysis of your exact batch — they'll shift with the brand of milk, syrup, or protein powder you actually use. "Ingredient-Honest" and "sugar-free" describe what's in the recipe, not a health claim. If you're managing diabetes, a caffeine sensitivity, pregnancy, or another condition, check with a doctor or dietitian before making a recipe part of your routine. Read the full disclaimer.
Real mascarpone, cocoa, and espresso, close to none of the added sugar — this version keeps our Tiramisu Latte’s dessert flavor while cutting most of the calories, since removing the sugar is most of what drives the difference.
Make the Sauce First (Just Once)
This recipe assumes you already have a jar of Sugar-Free Tiramisu Sauce in the fridge — a 15-minute batch that makes about 7 drinks’ worth and keeps about a week (real mascarpone, shorter shelf life than our sugar-syrup-based recipes).
Building the Latte
- Pull a double shot of espresso (about 2oz) into your cup, or brew a strong coffee/moka pot equivalent.
- Stir in 2 tbsp of the sugar-free sauce while the espresso is hot.
- Steam or froth 8oz of milk (dairy, or an unsweetened alternative) and pour over the espresso-sauce mixture.
- Finish with a light dusting of unsweetened cocoa powder on top.
Assumptions: grande-size drink, national-average café pricing for a specialty/dessert-flavored latte, monk fruit/allulose sweetener and real mascarpone at typical grocery pricing.

FAQ
Do I need to make the sauce every time I want this drink?
No — one batch keeps about a week and covers roughly 7 drinks.
If I’m cutting sugar, should I get this or the Ingredient-Honest version?
This one. Our Ingredient-Honest Tiramisu Latte swaps refined sugar for real maple syrup but isn’t lower in sugar or calories — this Sugar-Free version is the one actually built to cut both.
Does this still taste like tiramisu without the sugar?
Yes — the real mascarpone, cocoa, and espresso powder carry the flavor, not the sweetener. Monk fruit/allulose is close to neutral-sweet.
