Biscoff-and-banana is a real, well-established baking pairing — “Biscoff banana bread” recipes have drawn hundreds of reviews and comments online — and a social-media-sourced “Banana Pudding Cookie Butter Latte” already layers cookie butter syrup and cinnamon into an espresso drink with a banana element. This is a genuine, if moderate-signal, pairing rather than a slam-dunk branded product like several of this site’s other crosses — flagged here plainly rather than oversold.

Two Real Bases, Not a New Fused Syrup

This drink combines two syrups this site already has: 1 tbsp Cookie Butter Syrup and 1 tbsp Banana Bread Syrup, split evenly. No new syrup needed.

    Building the Latte

    1. Pull a double shot of espresso (about 2oz) directly into your cup, or brew a strong coffee/moka pot equivalent.
    2. Stir in 1 tbsp Cookie Butter Syrup and 1 tbsp Banana Bread Syrup while the espresso is still hot.
    3. Steam or froth 8oz of milk to about 150°F and pour it over the espresso mixture.
Chain Flavored Latte vs. Home Version
    Chain-size flavored latte (tax included)~$6.50
Home cookie butter banana latte (espresso, milk, both bases)~$0.94
    Savings per drink$5.56

Assumptions: grande-size flavored latte, chain pricing, dairy milk, $16/lb specialty beans or equivalent grocery beans. At 5 drinks a week over the site’s standard 48-week year, that’s roughly $1,334/year back in your pocket.

    FAQ

Is this a real pairing, or did you invent it?

Real but moderate signal — Biscoff banana bread is a well-established baked good, and a social-media “Banana Pudding Cookie Butter Latte” already combines the drink elements, though no major brand or chain sells this exact combination yet.

How is this different from your Banana Coconut or Banana Mocha Lattes?

Those pair Banana Bread Syrup with coconut and chocolate respectively; this drink pairs it with Cookie Butter instead — a warmer, spiced-cookie direction.

Can I use the sugar-free versions of either base?

Yes — swap in Sugar-Free Cookie Butter Syrup and/or Sugar-Free Banana Bread Syrup 1:1; the ratios don’t change.
