This is a real, officially-published pairing: Amoretti’s own recipe collection publishes a “Gingerbread Vanilla Latte” built on its Premium Vanilla Syrup and Premium Gingerbread Syrup, split roughly evenly. Whole Latte Love publishes a near-identical version. This version combines this site’s own Gingerbread Syrup and Vanilla Syrup.

Two Real Bases, Not a New Fused Syrup

This drink combines two syrups this site already has: 1 tbsp Gingerbread Syrup and 1 tbsp Vanilla Syrup, split evenly, matching the real-world ratio. No new syrup needed.

    Building the Latte

    1. Pull a double shot of espresso (about 2oz) directly into your cup, or brew a strong coffee/moka pot equivalent.
    2. Stir in 1 tbsp Gingerbread Syrup and 1 tbsp Vanilla Syrup while the espresso is still hot.
    3. Steam or froth 8oz of milk to about 150°F and pour it over the espresso mixture.
Chain Flavored Latte vs. Home Version
    Chain-size flavored latte (tax included)~$6.50
Home gingerbread vanilla latte (espresso, milk, both bases)~$0.92
    Savings per drink$5.58

Assumptions: grande-size flavored latte, chain pricing, dairy milk, $16/lb specialty beans or equivalent grocery beans. At 5 drinks a week over the site’s standard 48-week year, that’s roughly $1,339/year back in your pocket.

    Swaps & Notes

    • No espresso machine? A moka pot or strong AeroPress shot works fine.
    • Want it more gingerbread-forward or more vanilla-forward? Shift the ratio to 1.5 tbsp of one and 0.5 tbsp of the other.
    • Watching sugar? Swap in Sugar-Free Gingerbread Syrup and/or Sugar-Free Vanilla Syrup 1:1.

    FAQ

Is this a real pairing, or did you invent it?

Real — Amoretti publishes an official Gingerbread Vanilla Latte recipe built on the same two-syrup pairing, and Whole Latte Love publishes a near-identical version.

How is this different from your plain Gingerbread Latte?

The Gingerbread Latte is just the one syrup; this drink adds a second tbsp of real Vanilla Syrup, which softens and rounds out the spice.

Can I use the sugar-free versions of either base?

Yes — swap in Sugar-Free Gingerbread Syrup and/or Sugar-Free Vanilla Syrup 1:1; the ratios don’t change.
